I led the strategic integration of Netflix into our portfolio, transforming CANAL+ from a traditional broadcaster into a modern content hub. True openness means turning market challenges into powerful collaborations.
In a fast-changing world, the ultimate competitive advantage is the speed of learning. My superpower is Learning Agility. I rapidly decode new industries—from Telecoms to Media to E-commerce—and turn that knowledge into immediate P&L impact. This allowed me to master CEE dynamics instantly and launch Allegro Smart! across 4 markets, gaining 1.3 million users. New sector? New country? I learn fast, and I grow faster.

Ideas are cheap. Delivering them efficiently is where the real value lies. When we decided to launch Google Direct Carrier Billing at PLAY, the global standard for such integration was 35 weeks. We had a rigid media deadline in 22 weeks. To bridge this gap, I focused on Smart Prioritization (MVP) and High-Velocity Collaboration. We shifted the entire division to Agile Squads, removing blockers in hours, not days. Result: Delivered in 21 weeks (a Global Record at the time) and unlocked a 1,200% revenue growth.
